Terms & Conditions (Appointments)
When you book your appointment, we will ask for your credit card information in order to put a hold on your appointment. Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You will be charged in full for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
